With a sorbetto you get the taste of an Italian summer night. This dessert with lemon is a classic of La cucina Italiana, italian cuisine and is prepared in different ways depending on the chef's choice. Sometimes you get a sorbetto served as an ice cream or sorbet but the tastiest comes served in champagne glasses – with or without prosecco. 

ingredients 

  • Lemon sorbet or lemon ice cream
  • milk
  • Sparkling wine or non-alcoholic option (I always use Richard Juhlin's non-alcoholic Odd Bird – Liberated from alcohol)
  • lemon

How to do this

  1. Mix the lemon sorbet, milk, wine and a few splashes of lemon juice using a blender. It is also possible to mix together by hand with a whisk.
  2. Make sure it foams and mixes well. Choose your own consistency. Take more sorbet if you want it a little thicker or more milk and sparkling if you want it more like a drink. 
  3. Serve in champagne glasses

Gino – gratinated fruits and berries with white chocolate

I love this dessert! It serves hot fruits with melted white chocolate. Perfect both as everyday luxury and weekend luxury. Gino is easy to cook, healthy and delicious. Serve as is or with vanilla ice cream. I usually choose lactose-free rice ice cream with vanilla flavor.

ingredients

2 kiwi

2 peaches

2 bananas

1/2 litre strawberries 

50g white chocolate 

How to do this

Preheat the oven to 225 - 250 degrees

Peel fruits and bananas. Cut them into slices.

Split the strawberries. 

Put the fruit and berries in an ovenproof form. 

Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Gratinate high in the oven for 5 minutes until the chocolate has coloured and melted slightly. 

hint! Try mixing coconut flakes with the chocolate for a crunchy texture. 

Served with vanilla ice cream.

Fancy a hot chocolate bar for afternoon coffee? Short on time? Here is the recipe that gives you an airy and light cake in about 20 minutes. The wellness kitchen at its best. Enjoy and let others enjoy the master chef inside you.

ingredients

75g dark chocolate

75g butter

1/2 dl sugar

2 eggs

1 yolk

2 tbsp wheat flour

Ice cream and berries as accessories

How to do this

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Leave to cool a little. 

Whisk butter and sugar porously. 

Add the eggs one at a time and last the yolk. 

Stir in the chocolate and flour.

Click the batter into four anointed portion moulds. 

Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 10 minutes. 

Served with a dollop of vanilla ice cream and blueberries. Powder with a little icing sugar for a beautiful effect!
